Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900+ employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore. 

Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for a driven experienced professional who is able to demonstrate strong competence on SAP Basis Administration, supporting various SAP platforms and products as we move towards S4 HANA. Having an experience in enablement package of SAP S4 HANA SAP Rise and managing integrated landscapes is a must for this role

• We are based in Chakan, Pune

• Transport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days' Work from Home and 3 days' Work from Office.

• Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm 

What you will do

Main responsibilities:
•    Closely work with blended Basis team (internal + multiple service partners + SAP ECS) to achieve project deliverables on timely and efficient manner. 
•    Perform SAP BASIS activities as needed in different phases of the project.
•    Close collaboration with Project technical and functional teams 
•    Drives governance and ensures the integrity of SAP environments leveraging best practices

As this is a global team, the individual must have some flexibility for meetings / phone calls outside normal business hours. 

Main roles - 
a)    Service team member and or
b)    Project team member
c)    Other roles as needed by the organisation e.g. Continuous Improvement gaps, project pre-study preparation (PfPS), etc

• As an individual contributor in the team, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, and will be expected to contribute with design and ideas.

• You will be expected to lead various small work team e.g. gap lead, application specialist (application lead), test lead, etc.

• As needed, you may be required to be a backup / assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME), to assist the Solution Architect and or Service Architect.

• In this assistant SME role, you will be expected to co-lead/lead discussions with the business and or technical team members, and provided needed solutioning and guidance. 

We believe you have

•    University Degree of Diploma from business, engineering, or computer science.
•    Minimum experience of 10 years in SAP BASIS and experience senior Basis roles, exposure to full life-cycle SAP implementations.
•    Strong experience in on going service side of SAP BASIS Administration, supporting various SAP platforms and products.  
•    Experience and deep understanding of SAP performance tuning, system monitoring and SAP Archiving.
•    Must have working experience with SAP RISE with good understanding & experience on how SAP ECS Enterprise Cloud Service support works. 
•    Experience in handling SAP Rise ECS service tickets, perform pre and post BASIS tasks. 
•    Ability to plan and efficiently manage the ECS projects and service activities on time, from BASIS perspective. 
•    Working experience in other platforms such as BW, CRM, EWM, APO, HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution manager and SAP Fiori Landscape. 
•    Exposure to SAP cloud products such as Ariba/Concur/Success Factor.
•    Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
•    Working experience with project teams to plan different project phases, including performance testing (Stress and Volume), upgrades, patching and troubleshoot issues related to system architecture, infrastructure, connectivity and performance.
•    Deep understanding of the following areas SAP HANA Database
•    Working experience with BTP platform is an added advantage
