Job Summary

SAP BI/BW Developer/ Designer with Tetra Pak

Role: SAP BI/BW Developer/ Designer , Job Location: Chakan , Pune

Hybrid Working Model 

What you will do

As a SAP BI/BW Developer/ Designer ,you will be working on the following activities:
1. Deliver GAPs in collaboration with Global Process team
• Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-Be requirements with adequate level of details.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Process Experts, to design optimal and sound solution according to best practices and with quality. 

2. Supporting Business and Stakeholder Management
• Maintain good and meaningful communication/relationship with stakeholders. Support and address all type of requests from stakeholders. 
• Build up the relationship with key users and local process drivers and able to conduct effective discussion in meetings with users.
• Conduct regular meetings with super users to keep them informed of current solution and issues.
• Conduct small trainings to super users to improve solution adoption and reduce support demand.

3. Develop Team Competence
• Provide relevant knowledge transfer to respective Service Delivery Team members.
• Make sure to have good knowledge and secure compliance to internal processes. 
• Analyse current environment, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, propose solutions, and participate in service improvement initiatives.

Overall Relevant 5+ years of experience:

• Strong analytical skills with ability to learn independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders, as well as process expert and end users
• Able to communicate at either technical detail level or high level effectively, driving discussions depending on audience
• Fast learner and hands-on
• Result-oriented work ethic to always deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget and compliance to process
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a matured and systematic thinking process
• Have good hyper awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences
• Be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively
• A team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues
