Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore. Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for a driven young professional who is able to demonstrate competence on manufacturing industry and a business acumen on the sales and logistics processes to join the “business-IT” S4 HANA Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT).

What you will do

  • You are expected to work in the global team within the S4 HANA projects and services within one of Tetra Pak’s core business units.

  • You are expected to drive and work with the business stakeholders to gather, understand, document and provide soltions to address the business requirements.

  • You are expected to design, test and deliver a good quality solutions and support to the end users.

  • Our SAP skilled resources are in various locations: Lund, Sweden, Singapore and Chakan, India. 

  • As this is a global team, the individual must have some flexibility for meetings / phone calls outside normal business hours. 

  • Main roles -

    • Service team member and or

    • Project team member

    • Other roles as needed by the organization

      e.g. Continuous Improvement gaps, project pre-study preparation (PfPS), etc
  • As an individual contributor in the team, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and will be expected to contribute with design and ideas. You will be expected to lead various small work team e.g. gap lead, application specialist (application lead), test lead, etc. As needed, you may be required to be a backup / assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME), to assist the Solution Architect and or Service Architect. In this assistant SME role, you will be expected to co-lead/lead discussions with the business and or technical team members and provided needed solutioning and guidance.

We believe you have

  • University Degree of Diploma from business, engineering, or computer science.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects for SAP S4 HANA SD module

  • Core SAP SD experience having Order Management, Pricing & Settlement Management, Logistics Execution & Invoicing

  • Hands-on experience on configuration related to Delivery creation, picking, Shipment & Shipment cost document

  • With secondary skill on Materials Management or Service Management/CRM module. 

  • Good understanding of integration of SD modules with other related modules such as FI/CO, PS or SM.

  • Experience in Advanced Intercompany solution would be an advantage.

  • Basic Knowledge or Training in MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management and Product Modelling on ETO environment is a plus.

  • Focused and analytical person who always takes accountability / responsibility for your assigned tasks.

  • Passionate, Creative and customer & service minded 

  • A team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues with minimal supervision

  • Result-oriented and strong work ethic & integrity

  • Have good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences. Able to interact well in a global / virtual team – requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world.

  • Be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (English)

  • Exhibit leadership qualities.
