Job Summary

  • We are based in Chakan, Pune
  • Canteen and Transport Services are Provided, Work Mode : Work from Office.
  • Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm 

 

What you will do

  • Lead factory quality assurance related work and promote quality standards and discipline in big and standard factories.
  • Will be leading Plant Quality.
  • Overall quality management in factory from base material, process of production to final products.
  • Responsible for product hygiene and safety.
  • Through WCM activities effectively control quality and decrease waste of factory.
  • Leading Quality Assurance System(ISO and OHSAS18001 etc.) and customer audit, drive continuously improvement and customer satisfaction level.
  • Responsible for product quality test, set up and implement quality standard, ensure quality control standard and process be executed during production.
  • Supplier management, enhance quality improvement activity of supplier.
  • Cooperate with global quality management function, continuously drive product quality improvement.
  • Accoutable for QA department team management and employee development.
  • Will be dealing with local Environment Department and Govt agencies dealing with Environment Compliances.
  • Customer Management and Issue Resolutions.

We believe you have

  • Any Engg / Masters in Pharma or Sci
  • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in Quality Control system such as ISO. Strong TPM or WCM experience.
  • Conversant with various certifications needed for compliance in the industry like ISO DRC GMP
  • Experienced People Manager handled at least  20 members as direct reportees
  • Must hold Lean , SIX Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Should have worked in Pharma, Auto, FMCG Manufacturing/Software industry as a Quality Expert
  • Should be a People Manager with strong Leadership and Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent in communication and Global Stakeholders exp.
  • Should be open to travel basis business need
  • 15 to 20% of travel would be local and Global mini 1 week
  • Should have exp in working in matrix org
