Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days work from office and 2 days work from home) timings IST 07:30 am to 04:30 pm

What you will do

 

Inspection & Quality Control:

 

  • Lead in-house inspections and ensure adherence to relevant standards (ISO, EN).

  • Analyze inspection data and interpret NDT results (PT, RT, DP).

  • Make informed decisions regarding deviations from procedures or specifications.

  • Manage and collaborate with external inspectors during audits and FATs.

  • Conduct training for fabrication personnel on quality procedures and standards.

 

Quality Systems & Improvement:

 

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) including SOPs and TPM principles.

  • Develop and manage quality KPIs and KAIs to measure and improve performance.

  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

  • Participate in global change management processes (TI resolution, IRs, etc.).

  • Lead WCM pillar or improvement teams for continuous improvement.

 

Supplier Collaboration:

 

  • Conduct supplier audits (External Inspection) and ensure their adherence to quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

  • Travel to suppliers as needed for quality control and collaboration.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication and machining.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of fabrication processes, equipment functions, and pressure vessel codes.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of drawing interpretation and technical documentation.

  • Exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000).

  • At least 5 years of experience in fabrication and machining.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in quality reporting formats and documentation.

  • Ability to provide quality-related training programs.

  • Team spirit, autonomous, pragmatic, rigorous, determined, tenacious, curious.
