Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in backend data processing, SQL development, data modelling, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate must have hard‑core hands-on experience in Python, with additional skills in SQL and Azure. Power BI expertise is considered an additional skill for this role.

This position is opened to Pune, India location.

You will be part of the Data Analytics and Intelligence team, working as a developer within an Agile environment. 

What you will do

  •  Develop and optimize data models using SQL Server (T SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning).
  •  Build, automate, and maintain Python-based data processing pipelines, ETL workflows, and automation scripts.
  •  Work extensively with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and other data manipulation tools.
  • Implement best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, including DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data modelling.
  • Ensure efficient database management, performance optimization, and high-quality data processing.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Solve complex data and business challenges with strong analytical thinking.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.

We believe you have

  • Experience: At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python for data manipulation, automation, coding and working with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, etc. 
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization in SQL Server environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
