Job Summary
If you’re a Purchasing Associate based in India, who has experience in Procurement or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations including procurement activities such as Purchase Order (PO) creation, GR processing, or supplier query management and strong knowledge of procurement tools such as SAP EEC, SAP S4 Hana, Ariba and Service Now, you might be seeing an opportunity that others aren’t. What you will do
- Execute transactional, replenishment activities in line with sourcing strategies and Ensures process compliance.
- Create Purchase Orders basis approved Purchase Requisitions in agreement with the Purchasing Policy guidelines laid down by the Organization from time to time.
- Order Confirmation with Suppliers for Critical Items only.
- GRIR Reconciliation for the Indirect Purchases and ensure set targets are met.
- House Keeping of the Aged Purchase Orders as per the guidelines defined by the Organization.
- Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner emanating from the internal/external (CG) stake holders.
- Comply with global supplier management processes and stay updated on process development.
- Update Supply Manager and key stakeholders on operational purchasing issues and share best practices.
- Feedback system issues to the relevant supplier management responsible contact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate updates and new developments to relevant key stakeholders.
- Monitor operational dashboard KPIs/Metric: plan and drive actions to achieve targets.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of any foreign Asian language is an added advantage.

- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-border stakeholders.
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Well versed in SAP ECC and S4 Hana
- Working knowledge of Ariba would be added advantage.
