Job Summary

 

Lead activities in Project sales, procurement, logistics and timely delivery of products and services for PSE Projects. Support in reverse logistics activities including coordination with Renovation Centre and the scrapping process

What you will do

 

• Coordinate project sales, procurement, logistics, and timely delivery of products and services for PSE projects
• Perform sales activities, external ordering, and coordination of parts, tools, materials, equipment, and services
• Execute purchase‑to‑payment and invoicing activities in accordance with corporate governance policies
• Support importation activities to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage outbound and local logistics to ensure on‑time project delivery
• Coordinate with appointed forwarders for customs clearance and local shipments
• Support reverse logistics activities, including renovation centre coordination and scrapping processes
• Collaborate closely with PS&C Supply, project centres, Supplier Management, and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with global standards, processes, and local legal requirements
• Communicate operational updates, issues, and best practices to key stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy in purchasing and ordering processes
• Use correct systems, tools, master data, transactions, and reports to perform business tasks
• Identify and escalate system or process execution gaps to relevant parties
• Execute administrative activities across functions with high efficiency and service quality
• Maintain a quality mindset and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support inventory management in line with financial guidelines
• Execute and support customer contract management activities

We believe you have

 

• Adequate knowledge of logistics operations with the ability to manage cases at a regional level
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end Purchase‑to‑Pay (PtP) process activities
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Adequate knowledge of SAP, IT tools, and operational processes
• Ability to manage Packaging or Processing‑related projects
• Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects, with the ability to seek support when required
• Ability to interact and collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Adequate knowledge of customer contract management
