Production Controller

 

We are looking for a Production Controller who will be responsible for the controlling activities of PSE specific production plants and be the business partner of the Factory Management, applying WCM and mid-long term mindset.

You will be based in Chakan and reports to the Director Business Control, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration.

 

 

What you will do

 

As a Production Controller, you will:

  • Analysis of data related to specific factories performance like: product costing, factory expenses and all relevant KPI, including variance analysis and recommending improvements actions;
  • Set target product cost with relevant stakeholders;
  • Represent cost in the local FI pillars and promote and improve loss cost matrix tool
  • Timely and accurate stock and assets management for the specific factories;
  • Investments analysis and follow up (including related business cases)
  • Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirement
  • Drive internal control monitoring.

 

We believe you have

 

We believe you have:

  • Proven track records and 3-5 years of experience in Controlling (plant/business).
  • Degree Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with qualifications or experience in Production.
  • Strong IT skills (especially SAP R/3, BI and Power BI) and you are accustomed to Microsoft Office software.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Capital Equipment and Service business knowledge as well as WCM knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus.
  • Be proactive, result driven and a natural simplifier. You can connect strategy with daily operations. 
  • Be a good collaborator.
  • Strong communications and informal leadership skills.
