Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized People Data Associate to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all region in HR Systems. You will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes, including hires, internal movements, and terminations, while maintaining compliance with workflow approvals and country-specific regulations. This position is to be based in our office at Chakan (Pune) and reports to Global People Data Operations Manager.

What you will do

Maintenance of People Data
o    Accurately input and update employee data into the HR system for new hires, internal transfers, promotions, terminations and adhoc changes.
o    Ensure high data quality & accuracy by conducting routine audits and resolving discrepancies.
o    Identify and address issues proactively to improve data integrity.


Workflow Management:
o    Monitor and process approvals for all HR data transactions, ensuring proper authorization and compliance.
o    Collaborate with HR and People Leaders to address incomplete or delayed workflows.


Global Scope:
o    Support HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and policies.
o    Communicate effectively with regional HR teams and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and details.

We believe you have

  • Full Time University degree/MBA preferred
  • Prior experience of People Data management, HR Administration, or a similar role preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 yrs of experience in HR systems 
  • Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information responsibly.
