On Site Services Manager


As On Site Services Manager for the Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Indonesia, Oceania, South Asia, Thailand and Vietnam markets you are responsible for the delivery of On Site Services at all the geographical locations within the markets. This means that you are responsible to ensure that all users within the region receive the agreed IT support whenever there is physical presence needed to resolve IT issues or fulfil IT requests.

The preferred location of the role is Chakan in India or Singapore, but it can be located at any Tetra Pak site within the Markets. In the role you will act across all your markets as well as collaborate with colleagues on a global level.


What you will do


As an On Site Services Manager, you will:

  • Being the line manager for the resources within the region (~18 employees and 6 consultants)
  • Ensure that service is delivered according to defined KPI’s
  • Continuously work with improving the service, both from a regional perspective as well as contributing to improve the service at a global level
  • Collaborate with your peers on a global level to drive standardisation and improvements
  • Collaborate with the corresponding IT Business Partners to address any needs and concerns that is in scope for the service.
  • Work together with relevant stakeholders in other teams to ensure they get the support that they need in delivering their services to the business.
  • Managing site budgets for computers, printers, monitors and computer accessories and have close control of the financial situation


Who you are


We believe you have:

  • At least 6 years of IT knowledge and a master’s degree within data science or other relevant area.
  • A broad technical understanding of IT infrastructure and have deep knowledge in service management and the ITIL framework
  • Be a person who works in a proactive way, are driven by results and pay attention to details
  • Building and maintaining successful relations with stakeholders at all levels come naturally for you
  • Experience from working as a people manager is a benefit, but not a requirement for the position.
  • A business oriented and can connect strategy with daily operations
  • A person who collaborate well, and you have strong communications skills and know how to engage others
  • Being enjoy working in a geographically and culturally diverse position
