Title:  Lead Analyst- SAP Basis

Job Summary

As an individual contributor, you will work with minimal supervision while contributing to design, solutioning, and strategic ideas. You will lead small work teams such as gap leads, application specialists, and test leads. You may also act as a backup or assistant SME, supporting Solution Architects and Service Architects in technical and business discussions.

What you will do

• Work independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
• Lead small work teams such as gap leads, application specialists, and test leads.
• Support Solution Architects and Service Architects.
• Co-lead or lead discussions with business or technical teams, providing guidance and solutioning.
• Manage ongoing SAP BASIS administration and support across SAP platforms and products.
• Experience SAP performance tuning, system monitoring, and SAP archiving activities.
• Manage and support SAP Solution Manager.
• Work extensively with SAP RISE and understand SAP ECS Enterprise Cloud Service support.
• Handle SAP RISE ECS service tickets, including pre- and post-BASIS tasks.
• Plan and manage ECS projects and service activities efficiently from a BASIS perspective.
• Support additional platforms such as BW, CRM, EWM, APO, HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Fiori.
• Work with SAP cloud products such as Ariba, Concur, and SuccessFactors.
• Apply knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
• Collaborate with project teams for performance testing, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SAP HANA Database.
• Work with SAP BTP platform (advantageous).

We believe you have

• University degree or diploma in business, engineering, or computer science.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BASIS with senior-level responsibilities.
• Experience in full life-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP performance tuning and system monitoring.
• Experience supporting a wide range of SAP platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP archiving and Solution Manager.
• Hands-on experience with SAP RISE and ECS services.
• Ability to plan and manage ECS projects effectively.
