Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Service Advisor to join the HR Shared Administration team within Global People Data & Shared Services. The role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end HR administrative activities across the employee contract lifecycle, from new‑hire contracts through onboarding and subsequent changes, ensuring an efficient and positive employee experience.

What you will do
- Coordinate pre-hiring checks after the offer is accepted in recruitment and non-recruitment processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by completing necessary steps and documentation.
- Draft and manage employment contracts throughout the employee lifecycle, including collecting signatures and ensuring secure storage in digital platforms.
- Offer accurate, qualitative, and effective support for HR queries related to employment documents and onboarding, initiated by employees via email or calls.
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery in the HR Service Center organization.
- Act as a role model and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team bringing ideas for automation and productivity in a global environment.
We believe you have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the HR domain, with a strong focus on employment administration.

Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong customer service orientation with a professional approach.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

High level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
