About Future Talent Program
Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2026. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. Future Talent Program-OTM
We are looking for a talented recent graduated who has creative and innovative thinking, problem-solving skills with personal initiative, who demonstrates a passion for applying theoretical learning to face challenges. Current, with strong communication skills and who are committed to being true team players.

Job Summary
Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking an analyst who can demonstrate strong understanding and hands on experience on logistics and transportation industry to join the “business-IT” in Order Fulfillment Packaging Material related Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT). Team members work as a pool of resources with assignments to Oracle Transport Management related projects, GAPs (small developments) and service support activities as driven by demands from the business.
This is a permanent position, based in Chakan, India.
What you will do
As Tetra Pak’s new IT Analyst resource you will be working on various business applications to support Tetra Pak´s core business units. These business applications will be based on the Oracle technology on Oracle Transport Management System. The OTM team members are mostly located in Chakan and in Singapore. Hence meetings and phone calls can occur outside normal business hours.
- You will work with information flow of a specific Business Process end to end, being able to identify any impact of business processes and IT Services in relation to new business requirements and IT solutions.
- You will work to support project team members and work with continuous improvement gaps, project pre-study preparations and design ideas.
- You will be expected to lead various small work team e.g. gap lead, application specialist (application lead), test lead, etc. As needed, we wish for you to be a backup / assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME) and to assist the Solution Architect and or Service Architect. In this assistant SME role, you will co-lead/lead discussions with the business and or technical team members and provided needed solutioning and guidance.
We believe you have
- You have a university degree or a diploma from a business or engineering course of study.
- You have 1 - 2 years’ work experience in Logistic and Transport management areas and a very good understanding of the complete end-to-end supply chain.
- You have a personal drive, you are curious, would like to learn new things and drive the future.
- You are result-oriented.
- You are strong analytical.
- You have good communication skills.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You have a very good command of English Language
- Functional and Technical knowledge of relevant Transport systems is a plus.
- Some Experience some Transport Mgt. system or ERP implementation and business analysis and support is a plus.
- Good to have experience or training on:
