Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced FSM Configuration Manager to join our Service Products Delivery team. This role will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Field Service Management (FSM) solutions within Tetra Pak’s global environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in IFS applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Service Lead and Business Owner to understand business requirements
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and provide recommendations
- Configure and manage IFS applications including IFS Cloud, PSO, and MWO App
- Own and maintain FSM/IFS configurations across development, test, and production environments
- Ensure environment consistency and act as a gatekeeper for all IFS-related changes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve existing processes and solutions
- Participate in project delivery, releases, and system enhancements
- Manage and resolve issues, including troubleshooting and support case management
- Handle test management and ensure proper validation and sign-offs
- Maintain ACP files and configuration documentation
- Coordinate with global teams and support cross-functional collaboration
We believe you have
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Field Service Management solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud, PSO (Planning & Scheduling Optimization), MWO Application
- Experience in configuring and customizing business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Experience in test management and multi-environment coordination (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a global and agile environment.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset in dynamic situations.
