End User Computing Infrastructure Developer - OT environment

Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore. 

We are based in Chakan, Pune
Transport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days' Work from Home and 3 days' Work from Office.
Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm 

What you will do

• You will be part of a SCRUM team dedicated to deliver IT and OT infrastructure solutions to projects in Tetra Pak

• Together with the team, you will be responsible for delivering client, server and net-work solutions in an OT environment as well as improving existing deliveries by im-plementing automation of common or repetitive tasks.

• Be part of the team responsible for SCCM create software packages and maintain and update the SCCM environment.

• Be part of the team responsible of backup software in the client infrastructure and support our factories to always have a fresh backup.

We believe you have

A university degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the Microsoft infrastructure.

Willing to work under stringent deadline and participate in weekend standby occasionally.

Technical Skills:

• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Win7, Win10, Win11).

• Must have strong knowledge of Client Security systems and Methods like:-

  • Enterprise Antivirus and EDR 

  • Application Control and Whitelisting 

  • System Hardening

• Good knowledge of Client Backup/Restore tools and procedures

• Must have experience in configuration management and automation (MS ECM/SCCM)

• Good with automating processes and tasks through scripting. Knowledge in .Net and PowerShell, T-SQL

• Awareness of Cloud (MS Azure) Infrastructure services

• Awareness of Virtual Environment (VMware ESX )

• Awareness of Containerization and Orchestration

• Good understanding of Networking concepts and implementations (IP ad-dresses, subnets, WAN concepts, LAN concepts, Firewalling etc)

• Experience with ITIL processes - Change Management, Problem Manage-ment, Incident Management

• Awareness of Industrial Automation and Operational Technologies

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work across time-zones, culturally aware and able to collaborate with people from other countries.

• Ability to work using Agile work methodology.
