Job Responsibilities
• Programme planning for customers, focusing on customer’s requirements and expectations.
• Plan & organise customer & VIP visits
• Co-ordinating with the various departments for interactions, site tours and discussions with customers.
• Coordinating with visitors/customers and arranging for their logistics, catering, welcome cards, mementos and product samples.
• Set up customer rooms, ensure site readiness for VIP visits
• Responsible for mock pack preparation and display activity for customer rooms
• Prepare statistics on visits and feedback responses.
• Continuous improvement planning for customer visits
• Briefing visitors on packaging material manufacturing process.
• Prepare and make presentations for visitors
• Support on site OHS committee on carrying out related activities.
• Support for Market Company Ad-hoc events, e.g. Meetings, Conferences and other activities.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications
Graduate with 5-10 years experience
Preferable -
• Experience in Hospitality, Customer Service ,Front Desk, Tourism or Aviation sector
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality.

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office - eg. Word, Excel and Power Point.
