Customer Sustainability Expert

Description

Supports the cluster deployment of Tetra Pak’s customer sustainability practice. Engages with KA managers and customer facing staff to secure our sustainability activities with customers are aligned with the Group and across the cluster, deploying a cohesive message with an amplified voice through market communications interaction.

 

  • Collect sustainability context & drivers, keep material and data updated and contribute to a global overview of sustainability drivers
  • Support mapping of customer’s maturity level in the area of sustainability, collect customer needs, execute plans and activities to foster alignment with our customers across the cluster
  • Promote our sustainability practice and reporting in areas such as recycling, climate, renewability, water, ethics and sourcing professionally to customers across the cluster
  • Collect products & services requirements (CX results + customer meetings)
  • Based on areas & framework for collaboration with customer, support KA teams to create and follow up actions in KA plans, Support customer meetings & sharing sessions and streamline management of sustainability requests and update a Q&A library.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communication teams and execute communication plans to position Tetra Pak ahead of its competitors in the areas of packaging and equipment
  • Support development of sustainability competence in marketing and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Min 7 years’ experience in professional positions related to sustainability inside or outside Tetra Pak. Experience working with external organisations and proven ability being capable of presenting technical information to external audiences in a credible and authoritative way.

University or Masters Degree in Marketing/ Sustainability/ Internal Affairs.
