What you will do

To develop technically Plant Automation solutions (hardware and software) & Commissioning including:

  • Technical descriptions for quotations

  • Can participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Participate in understanding of Automation Software

  • Generate Function Descriptions and Functional Block Charts for internal review.

  • Develop automation software, FAT, SAT & Handover.

  • Various off and on site application test procedures.

  • Maintain Documentations as per Tetra Pak documentation policy

  • Ability to deliver customer training for automation systems preferred.

  • To work as an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for application functionality, system functionality, etc.

  • To contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant working procedures, templates, standards etc.

We believe you have

  • B.E. / B. Tech. – Instrumentation/Electronics/ Electrical/Automation Engineering

  • Minimum of 2-7 years of practical experience working as Automation project engineer in or related to the process industries.

  • Rockwell Automation experience from approximately 2-7 years. 

  • Knowledge of PLC programming on Rockwell systems

  • Knowledge of SCADA programming on Wonderware Intouch/System platform/Rockwell Scada systems

  • Experience on Ethernet networking and field bus systems such as Profibus, Asi, Control-Net, Device-Net etc.

  • Have automation knowledge from the processing industry, typically including SW development and commissioning experience with continues & batch processing.

  • Familiar with Windows Operating System setup and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity and /or Experience with Standard like S88 / GAMP

  • Being Dynamic - hyperaware of external market

  • Being Productive - able to simplify, prioritize and innovate

  • Being capable - quality and continuous improvement

  • Ability to work within a team and independently

  • Self-motivated

  • Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Broad commercial awareness

  • Have the ability to work under demanding timelines and situations
