Job Summary

Overall responsibility for projects type L0/L1-L2 (processing project applicant level) and/or L2-L3-NPI (packaging project applicant level) in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations. To manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. Coordinates and coaches the project team to improve team performance by building team, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency and boost morale.

This position will be based in Chakan, India.

What you will do

  • Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result. 
  • Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter. 
  • Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget. 
  • Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO´s). 
  • Managing site installation using contractual staff to deliver customer projects
  • Collaborate with Sales, Market Operations and Services for the operational needs.
  • Lead customer communications and coordinate internal functions like pre-projects, business stream, finance, logistics, PS&C for smooth project execution.
  • Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and tools (OFCE, project governance, risk management, etc.). 
  • Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
  • Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools. 

We believe you have

More than 8 years (Full time) as Commercial Project Manager depending on background education or equivalent. Demonstrate leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively.
