Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in ABAP, ABAP for HANA, SAP integration technologies, and modern SAP development frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable solutions across on-premise and cloud environments, including RAP, OData, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and Fiori Elements. Experience working in RISE with SAP environments will be an added advantage. The candidate should demonstrate a good learning attitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong communication skills.

 

•    Design, develop, and enhance SAP solutions using Classical ABAP, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions.
•    Build and maintain integrations using SAP ABAP integration technologies such as EDI, IDocs, OData services, SOAP APIs, and Proxies (Inbound/Outbound).
•    Develop applications using ABAP for Cloud and create advanced RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) solutions.
•    Design and develop CDS Views and leverage them in analytical and transactional applications.
•    Build applications using Fiori Elements and support custom Fiori/UI5 freestyle application development.
•    Work on form development tools such as Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to technical design.
•    Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to SAP coding and performance standards.
•    Prepare high-quality technical documentation including design specifications, test cases, and deployment plans.

What you will do

•    Strong proficiency in Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
•    Experience with ABAP new syntax 7.5
•    Knowledge of extensibility framework – Key-user & Developer extensibility
•    Understanding of Clean Core principles
•    Hands-on expertise in SAP integration frameworks: EDI, IDocs, OData, SOAP APIs, RFC/BAPIs, and Proxies.
•    Proven experience with ABAP for Cloud and developing complex RAP applications.
•    Experience in creating and optimizing CDS Views.
•    Good development experience in SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and Fiori freestyle applications•    Experience working with Smart Forms and/or Adobe Forms.
•    Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
•    Good learning attitude with willingness to adopt new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

We believe you have

Strong proficiency with 4 to 8 years of experience in Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP, with a BE (Bachelor of Engineering), MCA (Master of Computer Applications), or a graduation degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
