Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore. Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for an experienced CAD Support team member who will be handling tickets in Service Now and Tasks in Jira Backlog. 

What you will do

  • Member of the CAD Product team, handling tickets in Service Now and tasks in Jira backlog.

  • Collaboration with CAD Superuser network.

  • Several years’ experience of PTC tools and system related to CAD Data management (Windchill PDMLink and Creo Parametric)

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing) are essential to be able to communicate with a global end user community

  • Strong analytical skills for problem solving (investigating user issues)

  • Experience translating / communicating technical information between technical and non-technical people

  • Understanding and interest in technical details (due to those related applications are developed in-house)

  • Service oriented working approach (ITILv3 standard) 

  • Strong drive to standardization

  • Self-going and experienced in problem solving and proposal of different solution.

  • High interest in learning existing solutions

  • IT knowledge to be able to handle support related to client issues.

Applicants must have a high interest and capability in learning and take ownership of activities, existing solutions and tools, and add-ons.

  • Provide support to the End User Community 

  • Be part of functional testing of improvements for the PTC applications (with custom build add-ons), product life cycle and usage within Tetra Pak to ensure it applies to decided functionality

  • Understand the business functionality, the design and application development and underlying technical solution to effectively manage proposed improvements and end-user communication 

  • Solving incidents; knowledge about applications architecture set-up and global implementations for effective resolution of issues.

  • Should be okay with role of the CAD Product team, handling tickets in Service Now and tasks in Jira backlog

  • Must have experience of PTC tools and system related to CAD Data management (Windchill PDMLink and Creo Parametric)

  • Must have support experience, strong analytical skills for problem solving (investigating user issues)

  • Must have experience translating / communicating technical information between technical and non-technical people

  • Must have understanding and interest in technical details (due to those related applications are developed in-house)
