We are hiring a Credit Card & Expense Administration Specialist to manage the corporate credit card program and support Concur expense processes. The role involves coordination with employees and the bank, resolving credit card feed issues, monitoring compliance, and improving process efficiency.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with Citibank and employees for credit card issuance, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all credit card–related queries.
  • Resolve credit card feed issues and support employees in Concur.
  • Monitor aged/unassigned card feeds and ensure timely corrective action.
  • Assign Central Travel Account (CTA) feeds to the correct employees.
  • Ensure process compliance and contribute to process improvements.

We believe you have

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling banking role/ accounting role with Finance Graduate or MBA in Finance.
  • Previous experience of liaising with banks for user access would be added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross boarder stake holders.
  • Strong coordination and financial process understanding, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage.
  • Action-oriented, assertive, and able to work under deadlines.
