What you will do
- Collaborate with Capgemini and internal stakeholders across APAC and GMEA regions to resolve issues promptly.
- Drive standardization and implement continuous improvements within the P2P process.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and maintain effective communication with vendors.
- Manage clearing accounts, including GRIR and other related accounts.
- Reconcile intercompany invoices (both netting and non-netting).
- Address and resolve queries from Capgemini and vendors efficiently.
- Provide support during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal processes and company policies.

- Qualifications
- Finance Graduate from a reputed college / MBA Finance
- Personal Qualifications:
- Action oriented
- Assertive
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Good Communication skills
- Proactive communication within the team and stakeholders
- Functional competencies:
- Good Knowledge and Well versed with SAP FI & MM Module
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in P2P process and working experience in Vendor Invoice Management will be added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-border stakeholders
