AEM Service Architect

Location: Chakan Pune.

Hybrid Model 3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH, WFO timings (07:30 am to 04:30 pm)

What you will do

Maintain holistic end-to-end view of the IT solutions within the service
• Support the Enterprise Architecture team in establishing the future state architecture
• Identify any service impacts arising from new business requirements and IT solutions
• For programmes / projects / products, supported by Subject Matter Experts:
• Provide cost estimates 
• Provide testing scope 
• Design end-to-end solution in collaboration with business and Subject Matter Experts.
• Take on a Lead or Supporting Solution Architect role and responsibilities when assigned.
• Contact person supporting the business with escalated issues etc.
• Strive to improve the IT Service catalogue with to gain stability, flexibility and efficiency of the end-to-end solution

Role description for Service Architect
• Be a recognized Service Architect to business representatives, service and project teams
• Build trusted advisor relationships with our business stakeholders.
• Adapt to and work effectively in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust quickly.
• Drive the activities you work in self-managing way
• Gain understanding of business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical use cases.
• Design and review design of solutions for AEM (Sites, Assets and Forms), technical approach and go-live readiness.
• Communicate effectively to service and project teams on AEM assessments & recommendations, gaps and risks.
• Provide advisory to key stakeholders with industry best practices & recommendations throughout the implementation process to drive success.
• Manage expectations of response time & issue resolution and work with projects on schedule and within scope.
• Troubleshoot the technical problems reported by business and define workarounds as per prioritization.
• Effectively analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate the recommendations to the teams.
• Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe DX technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.
• Participate in setting future strategic direction.
 

We believe you have

More than 7 years of relevant experience within Information Management  

Must Have:

• Extensive experience in AEM implementation & understanding in areas AEM components, features and tools.
• Knowledge of UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS.
• Strong experience of technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills.
• Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication and Performance management.
• Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications.
• AEM sites, asset, forms deployment and migration.
• AEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components and JCR Queries
• Core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.
• CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.
• Code Quality and Security tools like SONAR.
• Touch UI, Sightly (HTL) and Sling Models.
• Software design patterns
• Problem analysis and resolution of technical problems.
• Experience working effectively on multiple projects.
• Ability to handle stakeholders and colleagues professionally.
• Experience presenting in front of various technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to deliver service/project.
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Can work as a liaison with business stake holders, technical teams from different platforms defining requirements, map solutions and create artefacts
