Job Summary

As a member of the Project Engineering team, you will support the execution of processing projects by ensuring efficient handling of administrative and coordination activities related to material management and purchasing processes. In this role, you will work closely with Process Engineers and Project Managers, enabling them to focus on high-value engineering activities by taking ownership of non-engineering tasks.

 

This is a permanent position based in Athens, Greece

What you will do

  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on inputs from Engineers and Project Managers 
  • Define delivery addresses, suppliers and process areas 
  • Validate material lists from Item Lists, Matrix and SSP 
  • Coordinate with Purchasing (PCO) for PO creation and follow-up 
  • Receive and store Purchase Orders ensuring traceability 
  • Maintain and update PO control files 
  • Monitor deliveries and Goods Receipts with suppliers and warehouses 
  • Identify delays and escalate issues 
  • Group Purchase Orders by area (CIP, Storage, Pasteurization) 
  • Confirm material readiness for assembly 

We believe you have

  • Technical or administrative background 
  • Minimum 2 years of xperience in coordination, purchasing or logistics (preferred) 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Good MS Office knowledge 
  • ERP experience (SAP is a plus) 
  • Fluency in English
