As our new Process Welder, you will engage in welding and pipe fitting and installing cheese and powder equipment on customer sites.  You will provide input for planning and engineering.  Monitor/report production abnormities and take improvement/corrective actions under supervision. Teach/guide junior operators to improve their skill.  This is a home-based position, and you can live anywhere in the US.  You will be part of a team with a rotating schedule working 9 days on, 5 days off.

What You Will Do

As Process Welder you are:

  • Responsible for day-to-day production according to planning for on-time delivery
  • Responsible for quality check and report abnormal issues
  • Responsible for the safety operation
  • Initiate/join the daily improvement activities
  • Join the team´s WCM/5S activities and reach certain level according to company’s request
  • Follow company discipline and SOP/JSA during daily work

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Technical School Diploma or equivalent in welding
  • Experience in mechanical related industries a plus
  • Drive for results, strong communication skills, good customer skills, adaptable, fast leaner
  • Able to travel up to 100% of the time
