Job Summary


The logistics analyst will work in the internal operational logistics activities of the Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) area, with regard to the outbound area, analyses and development of Quality projects, studies of new layouts, storage systems and equipment, handling and movement of materials, developing new operational logistics practices, always with a focus on Quality.
The position will be based in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas and relocation for this position. 

 

What you will do

 

As a Logistics Analyst you will:

 

  • Develop on-site activities in operational logistics in the packaging process - OFPM
  • Develop standardization between Tetra Pak factories with regard to all outbound operational logistics practices, aligned with the Supply Chain Master Pillar and Quality strategy.
  • Develop improvements through new technologies, seeking new suppliers.
  • Analysis of Costs in Logistics.
  • Strategic alignment and planning of internal and external warehouse shipments.
  • Analysis of finished product stock.
  • Develop projects to study operational improvements focused on internal logistics with a focus on Quality, optimization and cost reduction of operational logistics.
  • Perform activities inherent to all movement and storage of finished products.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for outbound operational logistics.
  • Develop and conduct training on procedures and standardization of information, documents, ITs (work instructions) and OPLs (One Point Lesson) related to outbound logistics operations.
  • Ensure safety in the constant and tireless search for “zero” incidents/accidents in the area.
  • Manage groups and training focused on operational logistics.
  • Participate in Pillars of Continuous Improvement (World Class Manufacturing- WCM).

 

We believe you have

 

  • Completed university studies in Logistics, Administration, Engineering and other related areas
  • Good experience in the area of ​​Operational Logistics
  • Intermediate-advanced English
  • Mandatory Portuguese.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Experience in projects and logistics systems is desirable
  • Experience in the SAP Materials Management module is desirable
  • Good knowledge of the Continuous Improvement methodology.
