Job Summary
The Environmental Senior Analyst will coordinate the activities of the packaging plant in order to maintain the ISO 14001 environmental management system, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements, Tetra Pak internal procedures and standards, Licenses and respective inspections from related authorities, driving continuous improvement with a focus on reducing the impacts generated by the manufacturing unit.
The position will be based in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil.

What you will do
As an Senior Environmental Analyst, you will:
- Be able to train new analysts in the department on the requirements of the role and internal demands of the Factory.
- Identify and control significant environmental aspects and impacts.
- Define environmental strategies and priorities annually.
- Manage environmental indicators for energy consumption/generation, waste, water, atmospheric emissions, effluent quality, external noise monitoring, black smoke emissions, among others.
- Keep the Environmental Management System and energy efficiency procedures continuously updated and implemented, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits of the Environment and energy efficiency.
- Define and report necessary changes.
- Coordinate environmental licensing and other activities/interactions with government agencies.
- Coordinate the approval flow and management of all safety data sheets (SDS).
- Ensure labeling in accordance with the international standard system adopted for all products on the site.
- Maintain updated documentation and assess the environmental performance of suppliers and service providers.
- Record and monitor all non-conformities (deviations, incidents and audit non-conformities), analyses, actions and ensure the effectiveness of action plans.
- Support demands for analyses of non-conformities and environmental incidents.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration
- Desirable Environmental Technician
- Good experience managing environmental indicators of energy consumption/generation, waste, water, atmospheric emissions, effluent quality, external noise monitoring, black smoke emission, among others.
- Intermediate or advanced English level language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for data analysis
- Ability to work in a team and lead informally
