Job Summary
Recruiting at Tetra Pak is fast-paced, dynamic and highly rewarding. In this position, you will be a consultative talent acquisition partner for different business units in Americas leading effective sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation activities for a wide variety of requisitions.
As a Resourcing Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting business growth and you will also have the chance to contribute to the overall successful delivery of HR services via projects and improvement actions. Our team is driven for results, supportive and fun. We work hard to deliver quality results by putting the candidate- and client-experience first. The team is part of the Americas HR Service Center recruiting across 17 countries.
This position is based at our Tetra Pak Office in Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.
Temporary position for 6 months.
This position will report to the America`s Recruitment Manager.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Resourcing Associate, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes to support the resourcing needs of multiple business units in different countries in Americas.
- Act as an expert advisor to line managers and HR colleagues in resourcing matters.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship.
- Design, plan and drive the execution of resourcing strategy (including internet mining, job boards, employee and personal referrals, cold calling, headhunting, university relations) to fill higher volume and complex positions.
- Monitor Talent Acquisition technology trends, bringing new ideas to the team.
- Conduct start-up meetings with hiring managers in order to gather key details for open requisitions, develop a recruitment strategy, and create compelling job postings.
- Manage administration of all requisitions and candidate experience in our process
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Have strong communication skills, the ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity.
- Technologically savvy in a variety of application tracking systems and strong knowledge of Social Media.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing and advanced assessment techniques.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
