Job Summary
Tetra Pak is currently looking for a highly driven and strategically minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and strengthen our position in the Mexican food & beverage market. In this role, you will partner closely with some of the country’s most influential brands, shaping consumer‑facing experiences and driving growth through cutting‑edge packaging solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, transforming insights into actionable marketing strategies, guiding innovation pipelines, and ensuring flawless execution of category, product, and promotional plans. A key focus of this role is helping customers launch on‑trend solutions both for new products and existing portfolios while driving the development and deployment of marketing services that elevate business performance.
You will lead cross‑functional marketing projects, manage promotional investments, and leverage real‑time market intelligence to identify and prioritize opportunities that support our long‑term growth ambitions.
This position is based in Polanco, Mexico City and reports to the Marketing Director for Mexico.

What you will do
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
- Deliver marketing services in alignment with customer needs and account plans, using Tetra Pak methodologies and best practices;
- Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their marketing priorities and business strategies;
- Lead the execution of product deployment plans and category leadership activities, ensuring consistent follow‑up and performance tracking;
- Use market and business intelligence to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable execution plans;
- Identify market intelligence requirements and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to support research projects;
- Coordinate promotional investments, aligning with category plans, account strategies and key campaigns;
- Manage the allocated promotional investment budget with accuracy and accountability;
- Drive the execution of marketing activities, ensuring high‑quality delivery and measurable results;
- Lead marketing projects and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Technical, Services and other relevant areas to ensure cohesive execution;
- Support portfolio management and contribute to the development of strategies that influence market growth and customer success.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing within B2B or FMCG environments, with strong cross‑functional exposure;
- Experience in budget and financial planning, including promotional fund management;
- Experience leading teams or cross‑functional project groups;
- A solid tactical and operational marketing background, with strong executional discipline;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action;
- High computer literacy, including MS Office, SAP, Nielsen and related tools;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform in fast‑paced and dynamic environments;
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking, listening);
- Availability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally for customer support and training.
