Internship Program 2026

The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential. 

 

The position is based in Polanco, Mexico.

 

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.

What you will do

As a Commercial Intern you will:

  • Analyze reports and dashboards in Power BI, generating key insights for the Sales team's decision-making.
  • Make contact and follow up with clients, applying communication and negotiation skills to reactivate opportunities.
  • Provide support in the management of operational customers, ensuring continuity, follow-up and support to the commercial team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities based on data analysis and customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in tasks of monitoring, documentation and updating of commercial information.

Bachelor Studies in progress: Eng Robotics, Mechatronics, Economics, Industrial Business, Chemical fields or related

Desirable skills/knowledge: 

  • Microsoft Office intermediate (Excel),
  • Power Bi Desirable
  • Inglés avanzado: Puede comunicarse con fluidez, con sólidas habilidades tanto en inglés escrito como hablado.
  • Proficient in teamwork, communication, organizational skills, time management, and analytical/critical thinking.

As a Sales – Services Intern you will:

  • Support the administrative monitoring of Tetra Pak's after-sales services, analyse them and review operational reports (profitability, performance, utilisation).
  • Update and develop Key Performance Indicators for technical sales
  • Track project execution based on specific tasks
  • Monitor sale, Kpis reports

Bachelor Studies in progress: Chemistry, Mechanics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or similar.

Desirable skills/knowledge: 

  • Microsoft Office intermediate (Excel),
  • Power Bi desirable
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills

We believe you have

  • Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected. 
  • Availability for the Program: August 03 to July 05, 2027.
  • Estimated graduation date: July 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.
  • (Note: The hybrid work schedule may change according to business needs).
