Internship Program 2025

 

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Polanco, Mexico City.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As Pre Project Intern you will:  

  • Support Pre-Projects in engineering department
  • Support activities to develop solutions to customers.
  • Improvement in Pre-project preparation and quality of implementation.

 

Bachelor’s degree in progress: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad.

 

As Sales – Services Intern you will:  

  • Support administrative follow up for Tetra Pak Services after sales, analyze them & review operational reports (profitability, performance, utilization))
  • Update and develop Key Performance Indicators for Technical sales
  • Keep track of projects execution according to specific assignments

 

Bachelor’s degree in progress: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar. 
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office tools, teamwork, communication, time management, organization & critical thinking.

 

As a Project Management Intern, you will:

  • Manage projects to develop tools and methods to improve and automate the administrative activities as planning resources
  • Prepare information for closing meetings
  • Follow up on delivery dates for spare parts and equipment
  • Validate consistency in the information between our different tools (Plan view, Project place and SAP) in our Project Center to save time in our processes.

 

Bachelor Studies in progress: Food, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office tools (Excel advanced - dynamic tables, macros), Power BI. English intermediate level. Organization, creative, analytical thinking, effective communication.

We believe you have

 

  • Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected. 
  • Availability for internship: August 11 to July 10, 2026, graduation expected in July 2026.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, during the full internship program.
  • If all requirements are met prior, we will be happy to move forward with your application

  • Video interview (online) (24 feb – 2 abr)
  • Interview (7 abr – 9 may)
  • Admission (9 may – 30 may)
  • Start Date August 11, 2025.
