Job Summary
The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to qualify potential talented students through experience of real-life situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop both personally and professionally. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of peers and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your daily activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new fellows to realize their full potential.
The position will be based in Polanco, Mexico City.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Pre-Project Management Intern, you will: Support for Pre-Projects in the engineering department
- Support activities to develop solutions for customers.
- Improved pre-project preparation and implementation quality.
- Various databases to create reports and track KPIs and results.
We believe you have
Desirable skills/knowledge:
- Microsoft Office, Project Intermediate (Excel), macros is ideal
- Power BI and SAP Desirable
- Programming automation, AI, Copilot+ is a plus
- Intermediate-Advanced English: – Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
- Skills in teamwork, effective communication, time management, organization and critical thinking.
- Availability for internships: from August 03 to July 2027.
- Graduation is expected: July 2027 or later
- Availability to work hybrid and commute to our center 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (flexible hours), throughout the program

Steps of the process:
- Video interview in HireVue platform (includes candidate response and review by recruiters and managers) February 17 – Apr 17
- Interviews (April 20 - 30)
- Selection and final communication (May 4 - 15)
- Internship program start date August 03, 2026.
