Job Summary
Internship Program 2025
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Polanco, Mexico City.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
- Support the execution of the physical inventory of fixed assets at the various business locations
a. Conduct physical inventory of fixed assets in offices
b. Verify physical existence against accounting records
c. Place identification plates or labels on assets
- Physical Inventory Counts at the Production Center
- Payment Complement
- Reconciliation of the accounts payable module in accordance with KPIs – no open items older than 60 days
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of rental invoices for Mexicali Plant
- Netting Fees
- Issuance of invoices
- If you have advanced Excel skills, develop a macro for re-invoicing between our different companies
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, or any related field.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office tools (Excel intermediate, will be a plus - dynamic tables, macros), Power BI knowledge or interest to learn. English intermediate level with interest to have a development in the language. Organization, creative, analytical thinking, effective communication. - Availability for internship: August 11 to July 10, 2026, graduation expected in July 2026.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, during the full internship program.

- Interview (30 may – 13 june)
- Admission (13 june – 30 june)
- Start Date August 11, 2025.
