Customer Service Representative


We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused, Customer Service Representative to support operational performance within an assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement  approach towards process improvement opportunities. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a pivotal memeber of our business by partnering with our customers to drive sustainable, mutual growth.

This position will be located in Polanco, Mexico will be reporting to Customer Service & Design Manager.

What you will do



As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
 

 

  • Inform  the  logistics  of  the  supply  of  packaging  material  by  preparing presentations and/or documents explaining the operation status to provide better service.
  • Responsible for the Input of customer's packaging material purchase orders in system and monitor the orders status, new designs, shipping until final delivery to customer.
  • Generate and monitor the complete process of claims packaging material and other materials.
  • Ensure  proper  delivery  meeting  customer's  requests,  on  time  deliveries  and quality standards.
  • Direct Contact with Design Departments to develop new designs requested by customers.
  • Direct contact with converting factories to supply packaging material.
  • Manage billing processes of Design, Delivery Orders, and Claim Orders.
  • Comply  with  all  the  customers  requirement  through  a  close  relationship  in  a consistant service level sharing Supply Chain KPI's.
Who you are:



We believe you have:
 

  • Industrial Engineer, Administrative Bachelor's Degree or similar
  • Spanish & English Fluent speaker
  • 1 year of experience in supply chain fulfilling activities related to shipping, managing inventories, customer service, rolling forecasts and planning processes.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Customer oriented, negotiation skills, good at bringing creative ideas, analytical, result oriented, team work, planning skills, analytical mindset.
  • Availability to travel upon request
