Job Summary

 

We are looking for an Accounting Expert to work within our Accounting department at our office based in Polanco, CDMX Mexico. 
You may be traveling up to 10% of your time.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

 

What you will do

 

As Accounting Expert, you will:

 

  • Prepare the monthly book closing including Journal entries.
  • Oversee and prepare Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly ad-hoc reports supporting schedules.
  • Deliver relevant SLAs/Metrics.
  • Driver in achieving KPIs and suggesting continuous improvements. 
  • Adopt global process, best practices and related improvements.
  • Collaborate with Shared Service Center counterparts.
  • Participate in reconciliation activities and GL Accounts clearing.
  • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors

 

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting/ Finance related areas 
  • Intermediate level of English language. 
  • Expert on Excel
  • Experience in SAP, Power Automate or similar.
  • Drive process simplification and quality
  • Work to resolve cross process issues.
  • Strong verbal and written ability to communicate at all levels and to be able to teamwork across countries.
  • Ability to adapt to change, proactive, team player and organized.
