Job Summary
To operate the RHS equipment to ensure that reels are correctly palletised on time in full to meet customers need
What you will do
- Follow production safety rules
- Work according to existing procedures/standards. Continuously improve these procedures/standards as required
- Ensure that production is carried out according to the production plan
- Ensure that all quality parameters are continuously met and carry out all quality checks as required
- Ensure that reels are correctly palletised
- Ensure that consumables are timeously loaded so as to prevent a stop in the RHS
- Communicate any non-conformances to the Process Engineer and/or Team Leader
- Identify anomalies and raise tags
- Remove tags by correcting anomalies
- Participate in WCM teams
- Create OPLs and SOPs
We believe you have

- Understanding of WCM
- Understanding of Quality Parameters
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to be agile and respond rapidly to changes
Minimum Education
N6 Technical Diploma
Key Outputs and Measurements
- No of stops in the RHS impacting slitting
- No mixed pallets or labels
- Consumables usage
- Ensure 5S is maintained on the Doctor machine and associated areas
- Maintain functional relationships with necessary organisational positions
- High computer literacy including MSOffice, P2
- Ability to understand and operate a fully automated RHS
- Ability to understand and operate a HMI
- Basic operational fault finding
- Crane operating and basic rigging
- Operate pallet truck
- Operate FLT
- Competencies as indicated by the Tetra Pak Global Competency matrix and Tetra Pak AM Skills matrix, which may be updated from time to time
