Job Summary
To ensure safety of equipment, carry out effective equipment maintenance through application of Tetra Pak procedures and approved engineering standards. Focuses on short-term individual and team goals.
What you will do
1. Build daily schedule prioritisation based on production needs and maintenance calender
2. Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
3. Encourage WCM activities (PM/ AM) in their day to day teams
4. Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution5. Provide trainings on AM and maintenance routine to production team members6. Solve technical/ machine related nonroutine problems
Additional Responsibilities:
Implement 5S standards
Regular execution of equipment TBM & CBM's.
Conduct equipment inspections
Raise tags and plan corrective actions.
Conduct RCA's and implement corrective and preventative actions
Follow safety regulations and implement equipment maintenance standard.
Provide technical support to machine operators.
Implement equipment improvements (Kaizens & C2s)
We believe you have
Matric or equivalent
3 years’ experience in a FMCG
N6/S4 Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
Millwright Trade Test (Advantageous)
Personal Attributes:
Must comply to safety, health and environmental requirements in the workplace.
Attention to detail
Able to perform tasks unsupervised
Understanding of WCM
Understanding of Quality Parameters
Ability to work independently and in a team and under pressure.
Ability to be agile and respond rapidly to changes
Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical circuit drawings, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
Must have exceptional fault-finding abilities.
Must have a sound working knowledge of industrial equipment automation, electrical circuits and controls, AC/DC drives and motors, PLC’s, HMIs, sensors and actuators etc.
Must be prepared to work shifts and work overtime when required.
