Internship Program 2027

The position will be based in Panamá City, Panamá.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As an Upgrades Project Management Intern, you will:

• Support project managers with administrative activities throughout different stages of project execution.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and tracking tools.

• Support control activities and updates of project-related information.

• Collaborate in the follow-up of tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation from the quotation phase through project delivery.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to departmental processes and tools.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure project quality and compliance.

We believe you have

• Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.

• Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Advanced English; Interest in project management, technical services, or project execution; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027. 

• Graduation expected: December 2027 or afterwards.

• Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
