We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Temporary Service Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Customer Services Operations (CSO) teams, primarily supporting Field Service Operations (FSO) in the Andean region, with potential scope across other markets in the Americas. Your contribution will be key to ensuring that our technical teams can focus on delivering high-quality service, backed by a reliable and efficient administrative operation. You will manage service orders, track time and expenses, and support intercompany rebilling processes, while actively identifying and resolving issues that may impact on productivity, quality of delivery and financial performance of our service business resulting in a high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers. This position requires a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
This position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
This is a temporary position required for a duration of 12 months.
What you will do
As a temporary Service Administrator, you will:
- Execute administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and a high level of efficiency, resulting in a high level of satisfactions;
- Execute regular and systematic collection of internal data, maintain relevant databases, based on this data, provide relevant reporting, visual management, and regular communication to relevant stakeholders;
- Analyze, resolve, and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data collection;
- Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service administration;
- Participate in the Purchase Orders (PO) creation and invoicing of the activities related to intercompany services;
- As required, execute relevant purchasing activities within own area of responsibly for external contractor services and according to Corporate Governance policy;
- Participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions;
- Participate in the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for service administration;
- Participate in continuous improvement, share, and learn and implementation of best practices, related to service administration;
- At the local and market level you will interact with Service Account Representative, Field Service Operation, Finance and Travel Management, and Order Fulfilment Service Product (OFSP) Teams.
We believe you have
- Degree Administration, Finance, Business or any related field;
- Relevant experience in administrative support roles;
- Proficient in MS Office suite, SAP/ECC;
- Fluent in English both verbal and written is required;
- Fluency in Portuguese language would be a plus;
- Fast learner, willing to grow and develop;
- Self-discipline and accuracy;
- Strong continuous improvement focus;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days from home);
- Willingness to work under a 12-month temporary contract.
