Job Summary
The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.
What you will do
As a Service Account Representative Intern, you will:
- Create and manage quotes, orders, purchase orders, and repair contracts.
- Support the Account Manager in monitoring accounts and customer requirements.
- Attend to operational requests from customers, especially related to spare parts and services.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and technical service to ensure fulfillment of deliveries and repairs.
- Prepare and organize documentation for external audits and customer visits.
We believe you have
Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Desirable skills/knowledge:
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
- Power BI and SAP desirable
- Intermediate English – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
- Profile with analytical skills, solid communication and a desire to learn and contribute ideas.
- Availability for Internship: from August 03 to July 05, 2027.
- Estimated Graduation Date: July 2027 or later
- Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
