Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful execution of commercial projects. In this position, you will coordinate project sales administration, order handling, logistics, and invoicing activities, helping ensure that equipment and services are delivered accurately and on time.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other internal stakeholders, you will support projects from order placement through final delivery. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining operational excellence and delivering a positive customer experience.
This role offers broad exposure across project execution processes and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment. It is well suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem solving, and ensuring that multiple activities move forward efficiently.
You will be based in Panama City, Panama, or Cuautitlán, Mexico.

What you will do
As Project Coordinator you will:
- The primary objective is to prioritize and achieve efficiency in project sales, procurement, logistics, and delivery processes, including streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion of projects;
- Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle;
- Create and manage purchase orders in SAP, procure and coordinate the delivery of equipment, materials, and spare parts;
- Manage logistics activities, including shipment coordination and delivery tracking;
- Collaborate with both domestic and international suppliers, supporting customer invoicing and project-related documentation processes;
- Set up and maintain project information in internal systems and coordinate activities among multiple departments and stakeholders;
- Monitor project-related processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance with established procedures;
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Project Managers, customers, and suppliers.
We believe you have
- Practical experience in Procurement, Project Coordination, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar functions;
- Advanced English is mandatory for daily interaction with international suppliers and global teams;
- Experience in SAP, intercompany purchasing, inside sales, and multinational environments is highly preferred;
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, logistics operations, customer contract management, and project administration, with the ability to coordinate packaging, processing, or equipment installation projects while ensuring accurate system setup, procurement, invoicing, and shipment execution.
