Account Receivable - Business Expert


As an Account Receivable Business Expert you are responsible to proovide accurate information for financial reporting and have good understanding of processes within own area of responsibility. Works independently within established procedures and practices.
This position is based in Panama City, PA.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do


As an Order to Cash Business Expert you will: 


  • Experience on OnLine banking systems
  • Process Cash Allocations – Execute daily cash allocations for customer incoming payments. Ensure compliance to Company policies and procedures. Handling of Customer down-payments
  • Query Management - Communicates with markets to obtain information and clarify/resolve issues. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Reconcile Statements – Contact with external and internal customers to clarify/resolve issues
  • Participate in reconciliation activities of inter-company mismatches - Contacts with different stakeholders within markets for issues resolutions 
  • Be the first line of support to the process performers (“users”)
  • Drive process simplification and quality
  • Work to resolve cross process issues. 
  • Collaborate with global process teams for process reviews, projects and local requirements
  • Participate in Test & Validation of changes to processes and systems
  • Participate in Tetra Pak Best Practices implementation and GAP Tracking Tool updates
  • Update quality training material for users
  • Operational Metrics and KPI’s Follow Up

Who you are


We believe you have: 


  • Min. 2 years of relevant accounting experience 
  • University degree (Bachelor) or equivalent or High School diploma or equivalent in Accounting or vocational training plus equivalent years of experience.
