Internship Program 2027

As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available, everywhere. The position will be based in Panama, Panama.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Master Data Intern, you will:

  • Support the introduction and implementation of Data Analytics and Machine Learning initiatives within the Master Data Management (MDM) team;
  • Apply data analytics concepts to enhance Master Data Management processes and drive data quality improvements;
  • You will utilize tools such as KNIME to automate workflows and support data-driven decision-making;
  • Support the adoption or leverage one Tetra Pak platform and concept, SAP Signavio & Enterprise Service Management; 
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, global team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives;

We believe you have

  • Bachelor Studies in Progress: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering
  • Desirable Skills / Knowledge: English Intermediate – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI; SAP, Bizagi and KNIME are desirable.
    Analytical profile with attention to detail.
    Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn. 
  • Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027
  • Graduation expected: December 2027 or afterwards
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.

  • Interview (October 19 – October 30)
  • Admission (November 2 – November 27)
  • Start Date January 18, 2027.
