Internship 2026
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Panama City, Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Master Data - Intern, you will:
- Support the introduction and implementation of Data Analytics and Machine Learning initiatives within the Master Data Management (MDM) team;
- Apply data analytics concepts to enhance Master Data Management processes and drive data quality improvements;
- You will utilize tools such as KNIME to automate workflows and support data-driven decision-making;
- Gain hands-on experience with MDM systems and tools including SAP, MDG, Bizagi, and Service Now;
- Collaborate with a dynamic, global team in a fast-paced, environment, contributing to issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives;
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering.
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Analytical profile with attention to detail. Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI; SAP, Bizagi and KNIME are desirable. English Intermediate – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
- Availability for internship: January 19 to July 13, 2026.
- Graduation expected in July 2026 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm during the full internship program.
