Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential. 

 

The position is based in Panama City, Panama.

 

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.

 

What you will do

As a Market Operations intern, you will:

 

  • You'll work with a team looking for the causes of errors in master data for the U.S. market.
  • Together with the master data team in Panama, you will help us implement data review and correction routines, as well as create an effective monitoring method to prevent system information from being corrupted.
  • Focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support for the automation of repetitive administrative activities within the team.

We believe you have

Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, logistics, or related areas.

Desired Skills/Knowledge: 

  • Advanced English
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate- Advanced (macro knowledge is a plus)
  • Power BI, SAP desirable
  • Rapid learning and ability to self-manage, including finding courses or resources when needed.
  • Availability for Internship: from August 03 to July 05, 2027.
  • Estimated Graduation Date: July 2027 or later
  • Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • (note: The hybrid scheme may change according to the needs of the business)
