Internship Program 2025
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As Supplier Management Intern, you will:
- Do sourcing and contracting related activities such as PR (Purchase Requisition) Compliance approvals
- RFP creation (Request for Proposal)
- Assist in supplier performance evaluations and reporting
- Vendor follow-ups and administrative support for Supplier Managers and Analysts
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and documentation processes
- Support the development and implementation of supplier management strategies
Bachelor’s degree in progress: Engineering, Administration
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office and Power BI.
As Service Account Intern, you will:
- Generate and finalize quotations for services sold
- Assist in the preparation of service contracts and agreements
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance metrics
- Provide administrative support for service account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service improvements
Bachelor’s degree in progress: Business Administration or Engineering
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office
We believe you have
- Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected.
- Availability for internship: August 11 to July 10, 2026, graduation expected in July 2026.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.

- Video interview (online) (February 24 – April 2)
- Interview (7 abr – 9 may)
- Admission (9 may – 30 may)
- Start Date August 11, 2025.
