The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position is based in Panama City, Panama.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

 

What you will do 

As a Sales Support Intern, you will:

  • Be responsible to support calculation and dimensioning of valves, pumps, tank cleaning equipment, instruments and other plant components and development of customized solutions with available Plant Components portfolio;
  • Support on sales orders creation based on quotations, generate part numbers for customized items, follow up suppliers and evaluate alternatives if there is any issue related to the promised delivery date;
  • Secure that promotional and sales materials and pricing strategy are available with clear value proposition, assure the overall performance of the product is superior than the competitors and guarantee that the product is being deployed according to the customer segmentation.

Bachelor studies in: Chemical Eng. or Mechanical Eng. or Food Eng. or Industrial Eng.


As a Service Account Intern, you will:

  • Generate and finalize quotations for services sold;
  • Experience with SAP.

Bachelor Studies in: Business Administration or Engineering.

 

As a Sales Administration Intern, you will:

  • Evaluate current operation and plan a Continuous improvement activity to support productivity increase;
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel Macros, Scripts, Power BI.

Bachelor studies in: Industrial Engineering, Business, or related careers 

 

As a Trade Operations Intern, you will: 

  • Book of invoices;
  • Maintain a regular, reliable and constant working system to receive and deliver all documents;
  • Make documents available everywhere on time to several Tetra Pak companies and Customer Service and Finance department;
  • Perform Compliance Control (Import, VAT, three-ways match);
  • Perform Statement of Account validation on a weekly and bi-weekly basis;
  • Perform a monthly extraction of Swiss Import documents.

Bachelor studies in: Logistics, Sustainability,  and Supply Chain


We believe you have:

  • Bachelor studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected. 
  • Expected graduation date between July 2025 and July 2026.
  • Have availability to work 8 hours a day during the program.
