Internship Program 2027

As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available, everywhere. The position will be based in Panamá, Panamá.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do


As an Operations and Maintenance Intern, you will:


  • Support the global maintenance team in executing administrative and technical activities, including data analysis, report generation, email management, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the management and verification of technical documentation related to customer issues, complaints, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring data accuracy and record compliance.
  • Collaborate with multicultural and remote teams in a dynamic environment, participating in global meetings, presenting weekly and monthly results, automating reports, and contributing to problem-solving initiatives, with a focus on productivity, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Bachelor Studies in Progress: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Food, or Industrial); Business Administration; or Logistics.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Advanced English - able to communicate fluently and possesses strong reading and writing skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio is preferred.
Strong analytical profile with an interest in continuous improvement and industrial processes.
Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027, graduation expected December 2027 or afterwards

As a Services Supply Network Intern, you will:

  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives by analyzing customer requirements, identifying opportunities for optimization, and contributing to the implementation of more efficient workflows.
  • Collect, process, and organize operational data to support business analysis, performance monitoring, and decision-making across customer service processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, notifications, and automated alerts to improve process visibility, communication, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing automation and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline activities related to quotations, order processing, reverse logistics, and customer invoicing.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary and collaborative team, contributing to stakeholder management, process standardization, and the delivery of high-quality customer service solutions in a dynamic business environment.

Bachelor Studies in Progress: Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Economy, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Law;
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Advanced English - able to communicate fluently and possesses strong reading and writing skills.
Power Automate, Visual Basic, data tools (SQL, Python, C#, C++, C, HTML, CSS, SQL, Oracle, JAVA, JavaScript, VB, PHP) is a plus.
Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027, graduation expected December 2027 or afterwards

As a Strategic Procurement Intern, you will:

  • Support sourcing and contracting activities, assisting with Purchase Requisition (PR) compliance approvals, Request for Proposal (RFP) creation, supplier documentation, contract records, and follow-up on operational activities.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Supplier Managers and Shared Services Center (SSC) Analysts, including supplier follow-up, stakeholder communication, and monitoring of requests and ongoing activities.
  • Maintain, consolidate, and analyze data, reports, and trackers to monitor key deliverables, deadlines, and project progress, contributing to process visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Assist with cross-functional improvement initiatives by supporting process documentation, information mapping, presentation preparation, and activities aimed at enhancing team efficiency, communication, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, regularly using English in written communications, reports, presentations, meetings, and interactions with international teams.

Bachelor Studies in Progress: Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade/International Business, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Law.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Advanced English - able to communicate fluently and possesses strong reading and writing skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with supply chain and procurement processes is a plus.
Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027, graduation expected December 2027 or afterwards

As a Business Process Management Intern, you will:

  • Support the harmonization, standardization, and documentation of end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio, ensuring alignment with global ERP standards and governance.
  • Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, master data, and performance reports using SAP and Advanced Excel, supporting process visibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor Studies in Progress: Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Engineering;
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Advanced English - able to communicate fluently and possesses strong reading and writing skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is considered a plus.
Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027, graduation expected December 2027 or afterwards

We believe you have

  • Studies in progress in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected. 
  • Graduation is expected in December 2027 or afterwards.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
